Tell Lawmakers What You Need

Join the Powersports Capitol Hill Fly-In

May 18-19, Washington, D.C.

The Powersports Capitol Hill Fly-In is your opportunity to meet directly with lawmakers and their staff to discuss the issues shaping your business and our industry.

From tariffs and PFAS legislation to Right-to-Repair and public land access, decisions made in Washington have real consequences for dealerships of every size. This is your chance to ensure those decisions are informed by the people they impact most.

As a dealer, you play a vital role in your community — creating jobs and generating tax revenue that supports local economies. When you speak, lawmakers listen because they work for you.

How it works:

  • Sign up: Share your dealership locations (zip codes) and MIC staff will schedule your Capitol Hill meetings.

  • Prepare: MIC will email you the key issues, messaging points, and links to  short prep videos — everything you need before arriving.

  • Arrive in D.C.: Get your personalized schedule and join industry executives including OEs, aftermarket manufacturers/distributors, and fellow dealers for a networking reception.

  • Capitol Hill Day: At breakfast, MIC will make sure you’re ready to engage in meaningful discussions with members of Congress and their staff. New to the Fly-In? MIC does their best to pair you with an experienced attendee for some meetings, depending on schedules. They can also have a staff member join you as availability allows.

Special offer for NPDA members The Fly-In is free* to attend for Motorcycle Industry Council members and $1,000 for non-members. However, dealers who are not yet MIC members can take advantage of this half-price opportunity: For $495, you can get MIC membership and attendance at the Fly-In. In essence, get both benefits for half the price of the Fly-In. And as an MIC member, dealers will get access to the year-end state report free (a $200 value).

When you attend, you make an impact. Join us in Washington and help shape the future of our industry.

*Participants are responsible for travel and lodging. Most meals during the event will be provided.
