Keynote: "Straight Talk on Strategy,"

Sam Dantzler, President, Garage Composites

We all know that the "Speed of the Team is the Speed of the Leader."

However, during uncertain times (Post COVID, Supply Chain, Tariffs, etc) it’s easy for front line staff to lose focus and bring "less than" 100% to the party.

Unfortunately, there are far too many options for discretionary spending for our customers, both new and returning. What we sell is an idea, a dream, and a possibility. We buy from people we know, like, and trust. For customers to ultimately say "yes" from your team, then need to be on point, and create amazing experiences at 100%.  Water boils at 212 degrees... not 211.

• "Industry Update and Projections for 2026,"

Tony Gonzalez, CEO, Garage Composites

• "Where the Money’s Hiding: Missed Opportunities in Every Department,"

Jolene Krizan, Partner and Director of Development, Garage Composites

In this session, we’re taking a hard look at the money that’s slipping through the crack. Sales not written up, service hours not billed, parts not suggested, and F&I deals left on the table. No department is immune. We’ll expose the blind spots and talk about how to turn missed opportunities into measurable gains.

Her legacy is a reminder of the grit and determination that continue to define our industry today.

"If it’s Too Easy, You’re Doing It Wrong,"

Mark Sheffield, Strategic Advisor, Co-Owner Woods Cycle

In the fast-paced world of powersports sales, it’s tempting to look for the quick wins — flashy promotions, deep discounts, or relying on walk-in traffic to hit your numbers. But if selling bikes feels too easy, chances are you're missing key opportunities to build lasting customer relationships, grow profit margins, and create a dealership that runs like a well-oiled machine.

This presentation dives into the importance of having consistent, disciplined sales processes. We'll explore what it really takes to create a high-performance dealership —from qualifying leads and managing inventory effectively to training your team and following up post-sale.

"If It’s Too Easy, You’re Doing It Wrong" challenges the mindset that success is just about closing the next deal. Instead, it’s about building a sales engine that runs on intention, not luck. You’ll walk away with real-world strategies to increase revenue, improve customer retention, and strengthen your dealership’s reputation.

Because in our business, easy doesn’t last — but process, consistency, and smart selling do.

"Outsell the Slacker: The Ugly Truth About Sales Today,"

Mark Sheffield, Strategic Advisor, Co-Owner Woods Cycle

Let’s face it — today’s sales environment is more competitive than ever, and too many dealerships are leaving money on the table because they’ve settled for "good enough.” In “Outsell the Slackers: The Ugly Truth About Sales Today”, Mark J. Sheffield delivers a no-nonsense look at what’s really holding powersports dealerships back — and how top performers are breaking away from the pack.

This high-impact session reveals the hard truths about modern sales: lazy habits, lack of process, and a resistance to accountability are killing growth. But the good news? Dealerships that commit to a disciplined, process-driven approach are winning bigger than ever. Mark will unpack proven strategies to tighten up your sales process, motivate your team, and create a culture of performance that consistently outsells the competition.

Whether you're struggling with underperforming staff, inconsistent results, or just know your store could be doing more, this presentation will give you the insights — and the push— you need. As we all know, the difference between average and exceptional isn't luck. It's leadership, process, and the willingness to do what others won’t.

"Powering Up Profitability: Streamlining F&I and Operational Workflows in Powersports Dealerships,"

Brenda Cline-Kereakes, COO & Automotive & Powersports Industry Leader, Line \5

In today’s fast-paced powersports market, profitability hinges on operational efficiency and the ability to adapt to shifting consumer expectations. This session, led by an industry veteran with deep expertise in dealership finance and operational strategy, will offer actionable insights for optimizing key areas of dealership operations. Attendees will learn how to identify hidden inefficiencies in the F&I process, enhance deal flow without increasing overhead, and implement customer-centric payment solutions that reduce friction and drive retention.

Brenda will share field-tested strategies and real-world examples that empower dealerships to work smarter, not harder—boosting revenue per unit while improving the customer experience. This educational seminar is designed for powersports dealership principals, GMs, and F&I professionals who want to level up their operational playbook and achieve measurable results.
