Meet Kim Harrison, the driving force behind Coleman PowerSports in Northern Virginia. Born into the powersports business, Kim started at 13 and has been involved ever since. Coleman PowerSports, founded in 1963, by her father, has evolved from a modest space to two multi brand  40,000+ square foot dealerships under Kim's guidance.  Kim is also doing her part in growing the industry with her learn to ride school that opened in 2019, she has already trained over 20,000 new two and three wheel riders.

Kim is not just a key player in the family business but also a trailblazer on the national stage. Voted as the inaugural secretary/treasurer of the National Powersports Dealer Association (NPDA), she played a pivotal role in its establishment. From recording meeting minutes to spearheading committees, Kim shaped NPDA's foundation.

NPDA, under Kim's vision, empowers powersports dealers through services, education, and advocacy. Kim believes it's time for dealers to have a collective voice. Through NPDA, she provides them with the opportunity to unite, protect their interests, and build a thriving community.

Kim stands at the forefront, shaping the future of the powersports industry.  Kim wants to continue on the NPDA board for another term.  She feels that her work to grow the industry and support the dealer has only begun.

As she leads the charge, she emphasizes, "Associations do for us what we can’t do alone." Kim's dedication marks her as a leader, paving the way for a united and successful powersports community.
